• Developed the Music Together Within Therapy trademark license model for clinicians and have been managing that program for Music Together Worldwide for over 10 years.

• Provide mentoring and support for Music Together teachers and licensees all over the world to help them make their early childhood music education classes accessible to children with disabilities or special needs.  

• Moderate an international online group for piano teachers who teach students with disabilities and special needs.

• Guest lectured at University of Southern California, Drexel University, TCNJ, and West Chester University. 

• Presented at regional, national, and international conferences on topics related to early childhood music therapy for the past 13 years. 

• Research interest is in clinical decision-making.
